We have all heard the cliched “Love knows no religion” phrase, but is there any truth to it? Why would a Pakistani muslim man be interested in a nonmuslim woman? A muslim man knows that marriage to a nonmuslim is forbidden and will open up a whole new can of worms, but why pursue it further if one’s religion forbids it.

Because he loves her, and find her perfect for himself, and the understannding is mutual. And a muslim man can marry a nonmuslim woman as far I've heard.

Well then its upto the couple how they want to take it. He might not be a practicing muslim, and doesn't care about religion much? maybe he hopes that she will convert later on in marriage? Maybe he finds her better than people that are muslim? I find it pretty stupid comparing muslims with nonmuslims. Were all really alike it doesn't really matter if you set religion aside.Were all just as good.

It is allowed for muslim man to marry woman from people of book ( pious christian or jewish) also see
