I am extremely happy that the south africans are out. Their chest thumping, and racism was just annoying to say the least. Imagine if they would have won the cup. they deserved this, people like smith, nel, gibbs, kallis, are extremely racist, i cannot express how happy I was when I saw the scorecard!! they are CHOCKERS and always will be! !!!

SA had that whinning mentality each time they lose ,but they are very much unlucky in terms of world cup .some thing wrong for them .if u look at the Wc92 ,unluckiest thing ever .from 22 to win from 11 balls to 22 to win from 1 ball .No choking exactly .Again 1999 world cup ,need i say anything abt it ?.

:D C-H-O-K-E-R-S. In all honesty, the team is pretty racist. The white players do not share rooms with non-white players, and the quota inclusions create further disharmony among team members (Players like Prince would not get into the ODI side if it wasn't for the quota).

I'm not happy that SA lost to Aus in such an idiot way...SA's top 5 batsmen were out for just 27 runs...for sure...there was some moron behind who adopted that strategy...
Had SA played just a normal game...they might have reached around 250-270 runs...

South Africa deserved to lose. I wanted them to lose in the Super 8s but thanks to England's crappier display - SA managed to sneak through. They got what they deserved though. Another 4 years to wear the 'choker tag'.
As for racists...Gibbs, Boucher, Nel - all of them take the cake. Smith is no angel either...but the other 3 are worse.

What a lame excuse by big-headed Smith? Seems like sour grapes to me. South Africa were well and truly trounced by Australia
Blaming the scheldule after such a comprehensive defeat in the semi-final makes no sense now and makes him look like a bad loser. If Smith had issues with the cup schedule he should have said so during the week between South Africa’s last game with England and the semi-final or better still even before the tournament began. If they had a shorter break (cf. Australia), I am pretty sure Smith would have blamed defeat on lack of rest. Why does n’t he just accept that South Africa were completely out-played by Australia.
If anything Smith owes an apology to SA because it was him who really started the slide by mindllessly charging Bracken and getting bowled.

South Africans used to be a well behaved and well liked team under Cronje's captaincy (apart from match fixing saga) but ever since 2003 WC i think their attitude has gotten worse and they became racist as they are now. I dont like em anymore and specially since cronje's era ended, i stopped liking their cricket. I am happpy they are out and humiliated.

There were two idiots behind the strategy: Mickey Mouse and Graeme Smith.
THIS game, I agree with all concerned, the Proteas froze=choked. No matter what Smith say, they have a big mental problem whenever they face the Ausies.
