yehi to baat hai, bhut commercials dikhate hain but return ma utna nahn achieve ho raha bcoz of countrywide economic reasons... employees ki salaries pending ma rehti hain, turkish dramas se bhi effect hua hai...

that’s why they are trying to shoot indoors? i think with such crisis in future they will have to work with fewer people

I have stopped watching dramas these days since I find them all so repetitive, ek hee dialogue baar baar baar bole jate hain, so so annoying. So sick of hearing lines such as "*main theek hoon" and "ye aap kia keh rahay hain". *
hahaha very well said, i have also stopped, no creativity......

yes maybe bcoz umera and momina are good friends so she ignored:D
but her serials with 7th Sky ( Humayon Saeed Abdullah Kadwani - Daam) and Evernew Studios ( Miratul Uroos) are also drag. I remember Mehreen Jabbar had also issues with the dragging of Daam (each episode contained a lot of flash backs). It seems that both writers / directors have accepted defeat against commercialism.

they are tax chors and doing business (making dramas) just they have some margins. They are definitely loss making entities in reality.

I think her last serial with A&B was Qaid e tanhai and that was 3-4 years ago

hanji bna skty thy laikn unho ny socha ho ga k abhe or koi drama to bna ni chalo is ko 6 months tak drag kr lo, paisy bhe mil jain gy commercials sy, or jab log ache tarah bore ho jain gy to hum next drama on air kar dain gy

I was surprised when they completed Malal in 13 (or may be less than 13) episodes. Its definitely one of good scripts by Umera Ahmed.

no it was started in late 2010 and ended in 2011 (more episodes were in 2011). MZZB was of 2010.

yes and she is writing on an average 2 serials per quarter (though the concept of quarter ended), its 2 serials being telcasted at a time. In last 2-3 years, she didn't do any project with A&B.

majority crap don't go beyond 30 episodes. What 20 episodes of Waris delivered, I bet 30 episodes of Mera Sain could not delivered.
