***To Ehsan Bhai & Admins.

We all know there there is “gang-baazi” on GS, certain mods always try to show their powers towards a particular member, fx just like some of the mods do not like AQ and never want him to see as a mod because they do not get along with him, even though he deserves to be one. A fact.

Anyhow back to the main point:

Now I posted this ^ thread in RKS forum and within 30 seconds HHL started editing it, and then later on it ended up in comp forum.

Now this is not the first time it has happened. HHL is a talented painter, and I always admire his work, but he needs some lessons in understanding what ART is. Just like last time he moved my Mona Lisa picture from RKS and then moved it back because it did belong there.

The thread contained a corporate logo which I had showed using IMG tag.

A flash swf banner and a screenshot of the layout design. (check the above thread URL for reference)

Now all this comes in the category of digital art, the corporate logo design, isn’t it a design? the flash movie and the “layout design” screenshot? Products like Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia were used.

So conclusion is if HHL does not know much about the forum concept and its rules, then he should let some other mods moderate it or wait for some other mods to appear instead of start editing and moving threads right after 30 seconds someone has done the post.

I am sick and tired of protesting all the time, but its just to show how unfair some of the mods are, and how unqualified they are for such positions where they moderate a forum when they do not even know the basics. HHL please thora dimaagh estimaal kia karo, "*corporate logo" kya designed logo nahi hota?

Just shows how unfairly AQ has been treated in all these years, when he contributed so much towards the poetry forum, never misbehaved never messed with any other forum member, but just because some “particular” mods do not like him, and cannot get along with him, jus cuz of that reason he is not given modship.

so HHL next time you come across some digital art, please do some more homework, because art is not restricted to some canvas paintings only. Once again visit large art communities like deviantart, and you will see ppl posting flash, logos, website designs etc etc.

I do not demand my thread to come back in RKS; infact I do not really care. Only reason I have opened this thread is to show that please pick the right mods for respective forums by their TALENT not by SIFARISH.

That thread really does belong in the ART forum.

Web Design IS digital art... ye rang ke dhapay on paper is not the only art out there my friends.

Damn Brotha! You didn't have to write a speech or lecture him. He's not a child. And you may be pre-judging him on what he knows or doesn't know. You could've just PMed him and he would've obliged, instead of naming names, maybe it's you who needs some people skills. I'm not speaking on his behalf or anything, but from what i've observed he's quite talented and that is the reason i'm sure he was selected for Modship not because of 'Sifarish' as you claim. Moreover, it was a combined effort of the few people that worked to get that forum there, or else it might not exist.
It's often better to go through ladder approach to resolve an issue rather than just lash out and defame someone like that. Very low, i might add. I'd hate to say but you should just have PMed him and waited for him to get back to you. :) No hard feelings bro. Just saying what i feel about it.

^ I totally understand, but this is not the first time it has happened, we've done it in the PMs before. I am lodging a complaint against someone who just got a moderatorship and doesn't seem to have any idea how to use it.

This is a a complaint against moderator conduct, not my personal job at how he is personally. If he is not fit to moderate, he should not moderate even though he is a good artist does not make him a good moderator.

When you have an issue with a mod, you can try the PM route and see WHERE you go with it. And how much you resolve, see where you end up.

*When you have kids who rather be in cafe than to moderate with accurancy, fairness and honesty, this type of issues will come up.

Just like self proclaimed artists cannot be artists, same with janta picked moderators who are artists but lack good judgement to be good moderators.

HHL akhir nya nya mod hai, koe an koe reason ho ga aur wese bhi galti insaan he kartey hain aur wo abhi tak tou insaan hee thaa.

^ its not my site, it is not even a live running site, it was just set up for a live demo view.

Anyhow all the admins/mods have read this thread, I am very well aware of all the talks going in the background, So I will just step back.

No point to argue , I should have learned my lesson way before , dirty politics of GS.

AQ was right.

o yaar asn masla yeh hay keh admins mafroor hain, aur ehsan bhai is waqt so rahay hain.

I did not want to get involved in this unless they are unable to solve it. warna donon taraf say mein hi pitoon ga, tum say bhi aur ehsan bhai say bhi. I have already ticked off 2 pals by trying to step in to fix stuff. but here goes again.

oye HHL- kya hai yaaar....kyun thread idher udher bhejta rehta hai, art is art.

zara koi naye admin recruit karnay parrain gaye coverage kay liye.

okay since no one has addressed this thread in like 15 hours. I am making a decision and moving the thread back into RKS...it stays there.

Personally I'd say the thread was more suited for one of the other forums and not for RKS. It seemed there was more emphasis on other things, than just on ART. A lot of external links taking the visitors to show what? a website. Now if we allowed that, then (just a thought) all the techies of comp forum will be storming to RKS to show of their websites.

And RKS being a new forum also, thats why mods are little choosy in what to allow there and not.

I agree, I saw that thread and it was technical stuff about web page designing related to computer forum (from what I understood). Didn't find it really related to the art forum.

ASN: Sorry for the late reply, just came online and spotted this thread.

I don't see how AQ not being made a Mod has anything to do with this matter so I will ignore that. About your thread, you were more than welcomed to PM me and even after that, if you felt that I was wrong, then you could've or PMd Ehsan Bhai or opened this thread in end. Khair, it's cool.

I moved it to Computer Forum for a reason. This (RKS) is a new forum and that is why I am bearing with it, and would advise others to do the same. This image could've very well gone in Image Forum or Computer Forum and as such, I moved it there seeing that it is better suited for Computer. If we start posting everything in RKS, then there would be no need for other forums: Agreed? :) Keeping in mind that there were other forums which this picture was suited for, I moved the thread (which has now been brought back by X2). Hope that's satisfactory.

Sorry I was not online today, the issue seems to have been resolved by Kamal moving it back.
