Hmm well you can try using loose tea with a tea-ball sieve like this

or a teapot with built-in sieve like this for brewing

I use the tea-ball on left in the first pic and like the result.

Ofcourse you can just use the traditional teapot as well, the above are just for added convenience

When i clicked the first picture I immeadiately thought of torture instruments :s
