I’ve lived here nearly all my life, and have only been back home twice in 45 years, so why should I consider marrying a Pakistani woman? What does she have to offer, other than in a religious sense, that I can not get from any other woman of any other cultural background?

Who is stopping you to marry whoever you want to marry, you are already late , do it as soon as possible and send me the invitation , shadi ka khana khai bohat din ho ga-a.

IKHAN1.. well it all goes to your family actually, if you are forced to get married to some1 back home then only you have to decide if you wanna go ahead with it or not. If you DON’T want to get married to a woman from Pakistan then raise your voice.

Did I say I have any objection ? I said he should go for it , marry anybody he wants.
then why a person who lived in USA for 45 years would be forced to marry a woman in Pakistan! 
What part of his post give you that impression. No where it is said that he is being forced to do so.
May be you read something between the lines and I missed that.

as mirch said, marry who ever you want mate... ur a 45 year old dude.... you can make your own decisions and know very well for yourself as to what is good for you
Well instead of complaining about it on here why dont you go and do somthing about it :halo: give your reasons to whomever you have to explain to and then make your decisions
