The figures I heard are over half a million rapes more than couple of million murdered. If you read Blood Telegram where the US ambassador protested against the genocide then you might get a better picture. It was one of the biggest atrocities of modern times. Oh and let us not forget the massacre of Palestinians by Gen Zia. Where was the justification for that?
