I am glad you admit that ISI & Pak MI is much more into India than RAW is into Pakistan. Now stop crying about India/RAW trying to detabilize Pak through Afghanistan.
As I said before India is quite capable of handling whatever Pak/ISI throws at us. Khalistan issue is a good case in point. Kashmir is also pretty quiet now and hopefully will return to normalcy in a few years.
You better watch out for Pakistan though...don't know where it will be in a few years.
The fact that you think it was India who managed to control Punjab shows how much you know about the issue my friend. It was Benazir Bhutto who shared that info with Rajiv as a gesture of goodwill. As far Kashmir again Musharaf allowed things to cool down there to give peace a chance and let me update you that things are far from normal in Kashmir just look at last few months and you will know what I mean. Interestingly, this time ISI may not even need to do anything.
