It’s not my book. That book has been written buy others. You evidently read from the same book as the terrorists if you equate attacking a nuclear weapons facility and the mass murder of civilians. Perhaps YOU should catch up on some reading and discover what constitutes fundamental breaches of international humanitarian law which govern the rules of armed conflict.
