I was just wondering at the lack of serious efforts from Pak govt. to strengthen relationships with Russia. I know a lot of Russians, in fact many are my good friends. Very nice people!
Geographically, Russia is also not very far from us and it needs new friends.
There is interest and desire on Russia's part to improve bilateral ties with Pakistan. So this question, why Pak govt. is not working on it?
You apparently have no interest in history, or in the interests of ruling oligarchy of Pakistan.
