Yes brother, this was from Jawab E Shikwa. And this should not have surprised you, unfortunately there is a common feeling among religious masses, be it hindu or muslim, that certain language is property of certain religion, I simply dismiss this notion, which makes Iqbal my favorite poet.
Blaming others for our own failures and blaming others while justifying our most horrible crimes has been a favorite ritual of religious masses, they seem to be cut from same piece of cloth.

complete denial by saying that it happened in certain incidents will not work in today’s world. Everyone knows the dual standards for Muslims. If that wasn’t the case their religious leaders were not disrespected and people like Rushdie hurting Muslim sentiment would not get refuge in the name of freedom of speech.
Western historians were so bigot that they spread the propaganda that Muslims eat children’s meat. Templers and Knights who killed thousands Muslims in crusades are still glamorised in those civil societies and disrespecting Muslim’s prophet (who always advocate for peace) is norm of the day in those societies.
Issues like East Timur can be solved in short span of time due to intervention of UN and International community, but the conscience and efforts of these bodies go to deep sleep for issues connected to Muslim like Kashmir and Palestine.
There is certainly discrimination. One should look at things with broad perspective without being partial.

I was discussing the atrocities that happened in Kashmir both on Muslims and Non-Muslims. Why UN didn't took proper efforts to resolve the issue?

If so called muslim countries cannot over years, eliminate these things, why would non-muslim countries give the benefit of doubt to muslims?
Unfortunately this ls what leads to the sad injustices (not all, some) shown in the cartoons above. Children born these days into Muslim families in the 'non-muslim' countries have three choices: 1) be ashamed of their religion and hide 2) over compensate and become 'jihadi' or 3) completely ignore religion and become atheist. This is what their parental generations have created for them

I may not be among the everyones U just pointed to, so plz let me know about those dual standards which are on work for muslims exclusively by non muslims and not otherwise by muslims towards non muslims. Plz let me know where muslim religious leaders are disrespected by non muslims and in case of some stray incidents plz try to find out whether non muslim religious leaders are not disrespected in musilm world?

I dont deny that some western historians were bigot, but can U afford to deny that historians many times more than those bigots were honest enough to earn a praise from U? and can U afford to claim than there were no bigot historian in muslim world? Plz think over it and U will find ur claims, I m sorry to say this. hollow. And I dont want to start a fresh debate here, but there are muslim attackers who are glamorised in ur muslim world for killing and looting in non muslim lands, and hurting their religious sentiments, that too in the name of Islam. Plz forgive me, but I again term this as hollow comments. plz let me know what goes wrong with muslim tear glands when millions of muslims are massacred by Saddam hussain and likes of him, and when millions of muslims are massacred and displaced by noble muslims in places like Darfur. doesnt that invites for some sweeping carricature against muslim atrocities? Not to talk about in countries like Pakistan where innocent muslims are branded as islamic terrorists and shot. Issues which needs to draw sweeping carricatures could be countless, but only if U come out of ur usual pre-concieved notions against non muslims.
