well diff member get ban for diff reasons........
some are ban for misbehaving......
some for abusing
some for spamming
rest are ban cuz "higher authorities" dont like them :P

I am talking about examples of unwritten rules and policies which you can think of , I am engaged in this discussion because I want to help all the members who are interested to know what not to do.

sure, there is no set of comprehensive rules to deal with allsituations anywhere in the world. we get cases which we were not prepared for and have to deal with those. ranging from spammers, ppl posting links to extremist sites, porn, until dealing with those things is added to to written rules we have to take action regardless.
as they say you can make idiot proof rules and then a better idiot shows up.
As far as your other point
Aliyish is not banned.

A mod/admin no longer being part of admin team can have many reasons. Removal is one of them, resignation is another, a mutual agreement that both parties cannot work together and should part their ways is one more.
Its not good to jump to any conclusion without knowing everything.
