Aliyish didn't get banned, he left on his own terms, when people in teams dont agree/get along with each other then tht's what happens i suppose, other wise it's like hitting ur head against a brick wall....

He was never banned. He is still active. If his custom title and his signature is somekind of humor then I am not amused with his sense of humor at all.
Members are expected to behave like mature adults. Something what is just a joke for them makes the mgmt looks like some culprit. I am sick and tired of this attitude. Either people should admit in their heart that they are not all angels and can make mistake and have to pay for them or I will start a closed Warned/Banned members thread in feedback forum where I publicly will come and tell who is warned and who is banned and who is removed for what reason. If they are ready for the public humilaiation, I wont mind. Or else, they stop playing their little mind games where they through PMs or MSN or custom titles or signature annoucing that GS mgmt/admins are team of Hitlers and running a Mafia operation where they can eliminate people based on their likings.

There is no difference between admin/mods and member. In fact members get off easy as points and bans are temporary for most of the parts (2 weeks, 3 weeks .. etc).
If mod/admin does something then he/she is removed from the team for good. There is no temporary removal there.
and every one knows why the are removed/banned/warned. They are mostly in denial about it and wont admit. That is it.
