Now according to Westernized culture they say Masturbation is HEALTHY??
It helps you relief your stress for both male and female.
While on the other hand Eastern culture considers it a taboo and Islam forbids masturbation but under needy circumstances its allowed.
My question goes towards the Western thought:
Given that masturbation is a temporary relief. Now how is it healthy? What does it do for you? What about control and abstaining? What about waiting for pleasure seeking? What about will power?

All these times I believed its strictly forbidden in Islam under no circumstances. what you said was surprising to me. Could you please support this by Islamic rulings?
most of the scholars thnk that Islam does not allow it, not before marriage and not after marriage....
some Scholars think that it is allowed if the person thinks that he/she cannot control him/herself and might be in fear of adultery if not releived of his/her desire....
I have never seen any verse of the Quran nor any Hadith that stops one from doing it and wud be thankfulif someone can inform me....
but personally I think it is an UNHEALTHY habit and can cause problems....
there is no way it can be healthy....
its gross, unhealthy, inhuman (if u cant control ur desires u r acting unhuman)....
