I remember a child asking this question and someone explained it this way:

			 				It is predestined that you will be walking along a path and come upon someone's wallet/purse that will contain valuables.

What you do with that find is not predetermined. That is where you must pray to be guided. That is where your choice will determine your fate…

I would say that this is a simplified explanation but it does work…

If by this you mean related to us, then that is true for our every action.

But Allah still knows what will happen, and nothing, as in like nothing in this world happens without His will… not even a leaf moves without His will so how can we take any action, good or bad without His will? Meaning whatever happens is with His will but then we can’t blame our bad deeds on this theory either. It’s confusing.
