If you are saying older woman is better for man then why men are attracted to younger girls. And why girls get mature before men because if some old man marry her she should understand everything.
If you wanna take religious example the most common one is Hazrat Ayeshaa (R.A.) if ALLAH SWT has defined age doesn't matter then why people make fun of other couples.

and Prophet's example is not a justified one...he had taaqat of 40 men. There is a hadees that says that there was a night when he went to all his 9 wives one by one .... so really an ordinary man cant even come closer to him

I don't mind that issue too even an older woman marries a man its fine and it shouldn't be a problem if an older guy marries a younger woman, its their problem if they are satisfied with each other or not.For example Hazrat Usman (R.A.) was old and he got married to a young girl.When he came into the room he took of his topi ,he was bald he said to lady that I know I am old but I have what you need. He was not a prophet but that a totally different issue that how a man satisfy his woman its his or wife's concern not society's.

Acha, here's the deal. People make fun of an old man married to a young girl because our wicked society assumes that older men should stop being needy of sexual desires so by marrying a young wife they are being too macho for their own good. Our society has problems up until they themselves are in that situation. People have too much faltoo time to talk.
Similarly, people often make fun of girls who are in hijab because we desi people just like to make fun of other people. It's a bad bad habit. And we are creatures of habit.

I wonder why struff about how many time prophet had sex at any given night worthy of being in what is considered a supposedly holy book of sorts, or whether he had 'strength' of 40 men, any other personal details of the prophet that need to be recorded and shared with the world in some holy book. or that of the age of his wife and stuff.
or what a khalifa and a noted sahabi had to tell his wife about him having what she needs..really unnecessary stuff isnt it?
yes topi drama...junk that was added through the centuries that these narrations were not recorded. I dont buy it, but you can go ahead and find some religious message in that. I will not stop you.

I am not trying to pass any message out of that hadees, but the sunnat of how husband and wife should get close was learned through many of such ahadees ...which dua to recite at that time, and other mannerisms that I dont want to get into details of..
and bukhari was compiled with in 100 years of prophet so book is about 1300 yrs old .. and what I know, it was not changed since then so I doubt if ahadees were added in Bukhari ...
yes, there are only about 6000 sahi ahadees covered within the famous 7 books .. but many thousands more are fabricated and floating aorund .. no doubt about that ..

TLK- what sunnat of how a husband and wife should get close to oen another is understoof by some narration claiming that the prophet had the 'strength' of 40 men...or why noting that the prophet went to 9 wives the same night relevent..what does it tell anyone here? I mean if there was a larger meaning there in the rest of the narration, that obviously did not get covered did it, all those words showed was that hey prophet was with 9 wives in one night..so? so what? what exactly did anyone learn from that little trivia?
look..I am all for education of all items (sadly its the book banign banner waving types that have issues with sex ed but fail to see what is in religious texts, but that is a whole diff topic) but its not just what is said but how it is said. Having personally read all saheeh hadeeth compilations, I can only state my own discomofort at the manner in which some of these things are stated and recorded, they are disrespectful and border on lewd.
and lastly, even with teh best of intentions, mistakes can happen, the compilers of hadeeth were the people who rejected more 'hadeeth' than anyone else, and they used their ability and logic to see which ones made sense, but surely they were not error proof.
There was a schism, political tussle all kinds of tribal, clan and sectarian power struggle going on, so it was not a calm atmosphere that 100 year old events could be remembered verbatim, in their original words, content and context and not be tainted with everything going around.
so the saheeh hadeeth have to be taken with a grain of salt as well...and..if we are going to start using excerpts of some bigger point or something that has to be used with other related narrations to explain something about gender relations or marital responsibilities, lets do that, lets nto throw around partial bits of hadeeth that add no value.

I agree with you when you talk about the times when those books were compiled, the political tussle and everything and the stuff that the things should be taken with a grain of salt ..and that is why when Scholars pick ahadees (even from those books) to formulate the law of shariat, its a condition that the hadees should be quoted few number of times (i dont remember how many) and through 2-3 different chain of narrations (just to cross check its authenticity). If the hadees does not pass that criteria, it is not rejected, but at least not used to form Fiqh's laws ..
Now about the above mentioned hadees, I am not an Alim so I am not sure what religiosu lesson we can learn from it .. maybe the fact that when Prophet had his wives, he was there forr them as a "REAL" husband and not keeping them as a collection, or maybe it tells us that prophet was a normal human being with nomal needs so people wont start worshiping him like a god ..
about 40 men, I just quoted what was written (I think that part is in Tirmidhi), and its a debate that whether that claim was a valid or some sahabi out of love and respect, exxagertaed a fact .. like in tirmidi it says ke oon ka cheraa chandd ke tarhaa chamkataa thaa, yaa oon ke paseenay main smell nahi thee .. these facts are debatable even now.

sarkar u know I respect you and its with that when i say that when you are quoting some hadeeth in a discussion like that referring to the prophet and you yourself are not sure what the full narration is, or what was being communicated in the narration, you will do everyone and yourself a favour if you are a little careful.
I am as I have openly declared ghunda badmash awara mod muslim sharabi kababi juwari etc etc etc..been called everything on this site, so my words carry very little weight when it comes to religion. Yours do, use them carefully..thats it.
