Again what legal right is being violated. You are providing an example which is inconsistent with basic human rights. Unless you are attempting to say that polygamous relationship don’t deserve equal rights.
Again provide an example where someone’s rights are violated.

Personally, I think the primary reason it remains illegal is the numerous legal complications that it would present and the fact the most governments do not wish to deal with those. Yes, in theory, a person can list as many partners or dependents as they wish but, realistically, this would create more work, which the government simply would rather not contend with. After all, most governments are not exactly known for wanting to go the extra mile.

Your words, not mine. Didn’t I say we are polygamous by naturr but this doesn’t mean we are meant to keep more than one partner at a time. Normally, the victims of such arrangements are children. Be it a mistress or another wife, it doesn’t matter.

If a family has 17 kids? Does the US government exclude any from migrating?

its obvious every spouse will not be able to get a greencard. so if one man marries 1000 women (also those 1000 women could be married to another 1000 men), it violates the rights of his wives and husbands of those wives as all of them cannot get permanent resident status.
