the language isn't farsii...it's persianized Urdu...which is very common in Urdu poetry and Urdu literary writings...there is nothing un-Urdu like in it.

this couplet is in Urdu but sounds like Faarsii because mostly tarkeeb and tarkeeb e alfaazii is used using izaafat [connectivity] and vaao ataf [linkage]

hazaar jaama_darii, sad_hazaar baKhiya_garii
tamaam shorish o tamkiiN nisaar-e-be_Khabarii

The national anthem in NOT in farsi.
It is 100% Urdu.
