Why is lasagne a really "WOW!" dish in Pakistan... And what other's are there?

But…but…it has CHEESE in it, Halwa? Surely, that should be wow enough.

It might be because lasagna can be time consuming…it looks complicated with all the layers. And…some consider it to be a pricey dish because it has so many ingredients. Cheese can be expensive. And…of course it depends upon the complexity of the lasagna.

Cheese, glorious cheese! Actually, I never have found proper cheese in Pakistan. Perhaps I should start an export business to there.
