For once I have to agree with Seminole.
Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world because
a) the high birth rate in Muslim countries, which has been slowly decreasing in recent years as literacy rates have gone up (there appears to be a statistical correllation between the two)
b) More conversions to Islam in the West than to any other religion.
And the conversion is precisely driven because Islam is NOT dynamic - its not changing. There was an article in the Times in Britain a few years ago on why so many upper-middle class Britons were converting to Islam, and the analysis concluded that while Christian churches were trying to adapt beliefs to modern society, Islam did the opposite. People getting disillusioned with the direction of modern society, and the flexible attitude of mainstream churches, would look towards the next biggest mainstream religion and find Islam, which remains rigid in the face of changing society.
This rigidity has always been Islam's strength. Other religions adapt to fit society; Islam seeks to adapt society to fit the religion.

Muslim have been given the choice and that is why they number 2 billion. I don’t hear many people converting to hinduism i wonder why that is hmmmmmmmmmmmm?

^ You overestimate their choice and their numbers. But that is re-assuring ,since unlike Mad_Scientist where at least some of his posts make sense, none of yours are factually correct or based on anything other than emotion.

Our many modern Prophets are professing Hindu religion from West to Far East and Australia. Genuine following is very large in billions.
Hinduism does not believe in advertisement.

there is no new nations becoming islamic majority although it is numbers are increainsg in
europe because of immigration from mideast. it is not like every nation falling under islamic rule like before eg :spain to india now both spain and india is no longer islamic countries.
not all 1 billion muslims living in one country led by one man like china or india . there are 50 or
more nations devided by geography and race not representing a viable economic and military power.

There are no borders in Iraq and Muslims are killing and fighting each other with vigor. Arab Sudanese are killing their African brothers. Muslims of Indonesia have little in common with Muslims of Saudi Arabia, the list is endless. So your crapping and fire analogies are basesless (oh big surprise there!)

I agree...islam is the fastest growing religon in the world in the non-muslim world. In the emerging world, it is the uneducated underclass, in the developed world it is the jails and the uneducated. If Islam gives these people direction, so be it. Nothing wrong with it.

Agreed. The growth rate is currently at 2.9 % worldwide. I dont know if it can be attributed to birthrates or reversion, but one thing is for sure : the majority of people in the western countries who are embracing islam are overwhelmingly african americans and non-whites (hispanics, etc).

Westerners have murdered each other in millions as well, e.g. Second World War or the American Civil War. The Muslim of Indonesia may have little in common with Saudi Muslims, but he will certainly have a lot in common with the Indian, Pakistan or Chinese. You’ve done your best to keep Asia’s growing powers from uniting. But it won’t last forever. One day, Indonesia, China, India, Pakistan, Vietnam etc are going to unite and speak with one voice against the “Western Alliance”. But they’ll all be democratic…so no more prattle about “moral equivalence” or “moral superiority”.

Westerners don't pretend to be one 'ummah' or one nation without border.
But you take it a step further and predict the ummah wills preads to include India, China, Pakistan and Indonesia? Now that is a La-La land to be sure.
