i’d like to know what miracle makeup they’re using to change their skin tone completely like that, you can still see the difference between the face and the rest of the body unless they apply it to the whole body which would be quite expensive and even lighting can only do so much

Not sure if they bother with it for dramas but in a lot of films they do use body makeup.. In normal light it can look a bit ashy..you see a lot of the celebs use it for red carpet events as well.. Apart from that like others have said foundation a couple of shades too light and lighting (and I don’t doubt many of them bleach or ‘brighten’ their skintones.. hydroquinone creams, peels, laser treatments etc).. Lighting can make a lot of difference as well, strong lighting/a camera flash can make a person look a lot paler..

Even Aishwarya was a normal olive tone in her childhood, teenage and early modelling photos.. she only turned milky white when she became more successful.. (and is it me or since marriage has she toned it down a bit?)..
