Re: Why India has never seen a military dictatorship
Nizam can be allowed to take the decision in the same way that the ruler of Kashmir could cede to India. India accepted Kashmir as a part of India despite not having done a referendum, giving the ruler the right to decide for his people. They didnt afford the same right to the Nizam however, and instead used military force to take Hyderabad. Its a double standard. India makes her own rules.
Siachin is an example of a boundry being crossed. It wasnt Pakistan that crossed into Siachin. And it isnt Pakistan that is perpetuating the conflict there.
There are always two sides to a conflict. Or did you think the Pakistan and India’s conflicts are the sole of fault of Pakistan?
Re: Why India has never seen a military dictatorship
I don’t know about junagarh…siachen WS nobody’s property ..Nd kashmir issue was created bcz… Other side didn’t respect boundary..and after that ..the CFL… Wn the whole issue was taken to USSC .. We agreed ki ha…Vadi mein jb shanti hogi tb public poll krwa liya jayega…but kabhi shanti hui hi nhi… Apart from that at the inception I do think Kashmiri’s would have want to be with u… BT now Kashmir has a Democratic govt. And a protected status in India … So Ab toh kbhi shanti bhaal ho bhi jati hai toh WO hmare log hain…aur hmare hi rhenge…
Siachen…didn’t have a boundary …ques. Of crossing it doesn’t arise…DEMARCATED LAND… And…India had security concerns siachen provides a safe passage to terrorists…soooooo…we had to… Kashmir toh …pen pencil le kr draw kia hua tha…
Baki… Aala… The basic ques. Was why India hasn’t seen a military dictatorship…
