Re: Why Ibaadat brings Pride?
Is it ibaadat that is the cause of their pride? What are these motives or ideas that drive them into believing that the more pious they appear the more respected they will be? I mean ibaadat is between the abd and maa’bood so if their “Ibadat” is the cause of their pride then it is not ibadat at all is it? That ibadat of theirs can simply be termed as an action that goes unnoticed by the almighty for if their mind is occupied by such worldly and petty things than they are not talking to God are they?
