Why faith in Islam?

Re: Why faith in Islam?

I disagree, I think we can learn a great deal about faith by looking at the statistics of those who choose to follow religion they were born into compared to those who don’t.

Those who say “I faith in religion x because it is the truth” aren’t answering the question either.

Re: Why faith in Islam?

Well UTD the largest amount of converts and reverts are in Islam. That is a documented, statistical fact.

Re: Why faith in Islam?

You said "No other person can ‘make’ you believe neither can they ‘force’ you to have faithThen why would a religion (or culture) kill someone if they changed faiths? So if you can’t ‘make’ or ‘force’ them, why would you kill them?

As for the 2nd, there is a very high % of all faiths that don’t change, do they all have the luck of being born into something they believe in even after they grow up? That’s kinda simplistic.

Re: Why faith in Islam?

Absolutely correct! Once upon a time village after village were embracing Islam, once the ruling force converted to Islam. And this happened especially in central Asia where people were living in dark ages …..(and are still living in dark ages.) Mass conversions were taking place…….is it possible that all illiterates of middle ages understood Quran and turned towards Islam en mass?

Can any elite inform us why mass conversions do not take place any more?
