But the point si for Eid ul Azha no body bothers they usually celebrate on the same days but Eid ul Fitr on different days

ok i didnt know that, i think people here in the uk are celebrating Eid on the 30th.

It's simple. You're supposed to do Eid when you see the moon, and the moon is visible in different parts of the world, continent, and country on different days.
