women should only have control in the kitchen from an execution standpoint, not from strategy, how else will get to eat what we want, and even in this execution control, we should be able to tell if their procedures and approaches are not delivering the desired final output then we reserve the right to exercise control that supercedes their operational control and sets new guidelines which they then implement.
