second thing is the cheap public that doesnt leave alone the women that are just catching a ride on bike rather than riding it themselves, scarves snatched and being pinched in heavily trafficked area is a norm. Guys can be a real pain and thus whole lot of women still avoid riding on a bike let alone riding a bike...
Yes, I tried to refer to the same point when I mentioned the uncultured public...which is not really present in the air...so flying aeroplanes is one thing, driving a bike on the road is another totally different thing, and that is why flying aeroplanes is more acceptable than driving a bike.
