I mean i can understand them wanting to get fit and lil bit muscular but why on the earth 6 packs?. For example, say Salman Khan luks great and fits into anything and everythng like a glove (Lol) but thats because he is a fit guy not because of his 6 packs. Or is it?. I mean i dont understand the big deal about the packs?. Can anyone explain?.
Also, now sanju is gonna get like what 9/12 packs…like why on the earth make so many divisions on your body:rotfl:
Hmm not all but ok lets say they all do...what about the other stuff "girls" want to see for ex men being subservient to them, men listening and fullfilling all their demands, etc etc....
^ thats true but what i am saying is those who go through the physical training just to get the 6 packs!?!. its other thing that some1 is really into fitness and ends up with those packs…ok i think i am not making sense:smack:
not really. to be honest i find it quite silly for people to blame the other gender entirely when it comes to doing something about their appearance. They should just be honest with themselves and everyone and just admit that they're doing it because it makes THEM feel comfortable and happy about it.
No one just develops a 6 pack from working out. You have to isolate those abdominal muscles to get it. So whoever has a 6 pack worked hard for it...they didnt just get it.
Hun i doubt anybody actually ENDS UP with six pack abs from working alot lol…a person can end up wtih strong legs or strong arms and shoulders…but abs take a lot of work…they don’t just come by accidentally lol…
anyways i personally don’t make such a big deal about it. in fact, i would feel very intimidated and just worse about myself if my man was that fit lol

i agree @"not really".
I dont think majority of men try to develop a 6 pack (or more) just to please women unless they have low self esteem and need something to make up for it. It takes alot of effort and dedication to get those and I dont think one would do it for any reason other then self satisfaction...generally speaking of course.
Also, i think people should just make realistic goals. an overweight/obese man or woman shouldn't expect to achieve six pack abs , at least not initially and not w/ o years of work. But if someone is already slim and has a somewhat decent diet..they're more attainable.
han na…duh 2 me…wat i meant was that when they r so physically fit that the next step is 6 packs than that makes sense but when they just start the routine aiming for 6 packs than that seems odd.
lol, ofcourse i know for 6 packs there is a diff routine than that of the normal fitness thingy. i think i m sleepy:snooty:
Well that would depend on their physical shape to begin with when they start that six pack ab routine. Like i said, a person should be realistic with their goals. A person who is already somehwat fit and has little body fat can possibly attain those abs. someone who is far from that…will have a hard time.
And it’s not a different routine..just an extra set of exercises that’s all. Regular fitness = cardio, light to heavy weight lifting and diet.
