hmmm...why does everyone want 6 pack?...let me guess...it looks sexy...lol...6 pack isnt ez at all to achieve...and even if u achieve it, it'll be really hard for you to keep it for sometime..cuz the moment ur diet goes out of control..you'll lose 'em.. personally im not really into 6 packs stuff.. my upper body is mash'allah in a very good shape that people who havent seen my abdomen just pretend i have 6 pack... ( i have 4pack tho lol )...

Salman Khan had visible six packs when he had a comeback after 5-6 years of proper training. But maintaining 6 packs is very very difficult. Therefore he has em no more visible, which doesnt mean "ke charbi ke neeche 6 packs naih hai uske" :p

Strong stomach muscles are very very important , but six pack not so much.

Hmm not all but ok lets say they all do...what about the other stuff "girls" want to see for ex men being subservient to them, men listening and fullfilling all their demands, etc etc....

I completely agree with you maham. I think men should stay fit and have a nice toned body (cuz i like that) but i don't think it's necessary to have a six pack. In fact I actually hate men who excersice so much and therefore look all bulky. For example, Salman khan use to look good 5-6 years ago but now he is over built up.
