I just came from Pakistan, it was all dandy, though one thing I noticed is that all rich and “involved” Pakistani women didn’t cover their heads. In fact, they wore cloths that would put to shame Playboy playmates.

If you lower your gaze as ordered by Quran , then you will not notice such things.
Disclaimer: I am not promoting violation of Islamic dress code . But I believe Islam is a religion based on free will , people are allowed to do whatever they want after they have got the message. I also believe that only Allah will punish or reward people and only Allah is the judge.
