and still friends with the second one?
well, i dont hate Pakistan..actually i like it!
i like the musicians, the food, the culture everything.
but yeah, there are ppl on both side of the border who hate eachother. thats a fact.
but most Indians like their neighbours, okay excluding China.
People to people there is no hate. Infact there is an underlying desire to love and be loved by the other.
I like Hindi/Urdu being spoken in the malls etc, or girls / ladies wearing the indian/pakistani dresses. I feel the warmth of most pakistani people whenever I have spoken to them.
The negativity comes in politics only ......
Agree with you, If you take out the polotics, and the propaganda usually spread by those who like bickering, both Pakistani and Indian, then we have no Hate.
Some of the Indians/Bharati/Hidustani actions which could make someone believe that they HATE Pakistan or Pakistanis...interestingly...these are exactly opposite to what Pakistani do.
1- They almost never buy Pakistani made product...Try finding an Indian in Pakistani shop.
2-They do not attend Pakistani music or good social programs but Pakistani do the opposite.
3-Hardly anyone Pakistani is hired in departments/division/buisnesses run by Indians...but Pakistani hire Indians in their shops or depratments etc. without any discrimination.
4-Indians are happy to work in any movie makig fun of "made up culture" of Pakistan and Pakistani people.
I hope you know what I mean*...*The mocking story of Mr. Khan married to British woman and making fun of Pakistan or Pakistani family.
5- Pakistani go and eat at Indian resturants..you almost never see Indians at Pakistani resturant...not even those who do eat beef or meat of any animal.
6-Pakistani watch Indian movies but Indians even muslim Indians do not have any idea who Pakistani movie actors or actresses are or were in the past.
I see Indians the most prejudiced and full of hate for Pakistan or Pakistani people. Some personal experiences which I cannot reveal at this time made this feeling even stronger.
Indian women as I have seen are very humble, friendly and respectful for Pakistani men for the reason I just cannot explain.
^But it's the system. People tend to work within the system.
It's a mindset more than people doing it to spite each other. (There are exceptions because there are some people on both sides who would say/do things to spew venom and show their hatred at any cost). Goes both ways.
I think Pakistani Govt. needs to do more and attract its own audience back to Pakistan arts and Media if we don't want Indian culture infiltrating into Pakistani homes. I'd hate to say this but they make a product that Pakistanis glad take and often go out of their way to take, the choice is for people, they can stop if they want to.

Not necessarily.
Pakistani in my opinion have bigger heart and not so close minded...
The hatred DOES NOT go both ways as I tried to explain. Pakistani welcome Indian related products without prejudice...but Indians hate anything related to Pakistan..regardless of its quality.
Pakistani on the other hand will buy anything which is even half descent and relatively cheap... even if it is made in India.
Let me ask you...........how many Indians from north India would buy Shan Masala product?..(No financial interest with Shan products by me!)
Anyone who eats spicy food knows so far Shan Masala products ARE the best. And you would hardly find majority Indians buying Shan product.
Regarding your comment about Pakistani Govt. Only thing Pakistani Govt. has made it clear that the mass media show business must be descent and must not show nudity or kissing.

its about quality buddy...but again ur govt is at fault here... if proper trade relations were established in the first place we would have seen ur products here in india.
when u link every thing under the sun to the resolution of CORE ISSUES this is bound to happen.. u have good idea about our products since they are imported thru dubai or u.a e ..
Its not just the quality. There are great products made in Pakistan and well tested by people other than Indians. Indians just do not buy Pakistani products since it belongs to Pakistan. Thats a period after my sentence.
Deedawar, you make a very good point, something that I noted all along.
Please note that Pakistanis are perceived and treated by Indians more or less the same way Indians treat the muslims in India. As much as the muslims in India, and Indians in general, would not like to admit it, the Muslims in India are a massive underclass -- the least educated, doing all kinds of menial jobs and hvae high rates of unemployment. Its like worse than being black in USA. There was a very major article recently in an Indian paper that I can provide the link to anyone who does not agree.
A major thing to note -- muslims in India are hugely under represented in the state jobs [relative to their population share] -- for whatever the reasons, maybe their own shortcomings, I dont know...and they are LEAST likely to be employed by a Hindu run business.
Reasons? -- The Hindus [crazily] feel "humiliated" for "1000s of years of subjugation" at the hands of muslims. Its payback time now!

if they dont study obviouly they wont get a gud job. In bhopal , most of the mechanincs are muslims and none are educated.Studing in madarsa wont help them get an executive job.
Apparently, even the ones that do study are at a disadvantage.
In 2007 the Indian University Grants Commission and the City University of New York recently did a joint study…they went through a number of Indian English-language newspapers and selected over 500 job advertisements for entry level positions in the private sector. They then prepared 5000 identical resumes…1/3 with typically Brahmin names, 1/3 with typically Dalit names, and 1/3 with typically Muslim names…and submitted them to the companies…then recorded how many applicants from each community were called back for an interview.
The results? The Brahmins were three times more likely to get an interview than the equally qualified Muslim. And the untouchables? Still two times more likely to get an interview than the Muslims.
Only 4% of Indian Muslims attend madaaris, and yet anytime the issue of the pathetic state of Indian Muslims is brought up, people parrot the same myth.
i tell u few names on GS pakistani dragon and Anil Khan!
I dont know about Anil Kapoor but in case you didn't notice, Pak Dragon posts alot of crap about Pakistan too, in the form of his blind appraisals for whom he likes. You might want to check his signature out too.

1000s of years. Havent you inadvertently added a zero. This is the problem with many of the posters here. They try to make a mountain out of a molehill and fail miserably.
Coming back to the topic, it would be helpful if you understand what the military has been feeding you for decades. India has been enemy No 1 for Pakistan for a long time. It is the same here. Also with the kind of treachery that has been exhibited by the Pakistani Leadership in Kargil and Kashmir what else do you expect. You first analyse why do you hate India. That might give you a perspective.

Hey we don't go to Indian boards to tell them whats what (actually we get banned pretty quick even for saying don't diss Pakistan) so who hates who again?
And before talking about Pakistan's perhaps you should look at your own governments antics in all places from Kashmir to Junagadh and Manwadar.
The Indian posters are advised to not conveniently forget their own recent political trends in the past, where extremist Hindu parties like BJP rose to power primarily on the anti-muslim ticket. The demolition of historical mosques, change of names of Indian cities all points to the obvious. And the obvious is -- and I'm quoting a major Indian article here -- that the Hindus do feel humiliated for 1000s of years of what they see as destruction of their temples and overall oppression at the hands of muslims. Maybe the anger is justified. But this IS the reason for all the anti-Muslim madness in India.
Pakistan is more or less a remnant of that Muslim legacy, its very logical for all the ire and anger to be directed at it then, by the Indians. Please be honest and self-examine your biases and prejudices
