Lol you can't hold an entire country responsible for their government. Not every German supported Hitler, just like not every Pakistani supports Zardari and his ass kissing.
For the people, by the people etc. Just because you don't agree with them or you didn't vote for them does not mean they aren't your elected representatives and do not represent you on the international scene.

I don’t know. Am a lot more concerned about the current Pakistani elites (living in Pak) who are in a constant battle to look, act, talk like as if they are oh soo amreeki.
When it is all about ManU vs Chelsea, Vampire Diaries, Desperate Housewives, the latest holly/bollywood fashion trends, the *gorafied *american accent, the after parties …I could add a lot more.
But when questioned about loadshedding, the deplorable state of affairs in Pakistan, the corrupt Govt… the answer is 'umm who cares. it is all bull. and oh well at the end of the day yayy for our generator !

They can do whatever they want as long as they're paying taxes, which I hope they are. Being ignorant about the load shedding, there are arseholes everywhere.

Not really. Remember, they are mostly those kids who get pocket money more than the average pay of their Fazloo, Asghar and others at their home working as cooks, gardeners etc.

Chalo theek but the elite don't make up Pakistan, people like you and I do. Why would I hand over more of my hard-earned money when I'm being robbed as it is by the corrupt government?
I'm not justifying tax evasion, I'm just saying the tax money isn't going to fix things for us with the current rulers.

No I don't. All I can do is try and make the place bearable for myself while waiting for the time when this country gets its head straight. Not sure how long that'll take, or if I have the patience.

Pakistan's current tax revenue is about 10% of the GDP and apparently 15-20% is what we should be aiming for. International average is about 30%. So fingers crossed, it's not going to take too long provided the death of corruption amongst the higher-ups.
At the end of the day, you'll be able to look yourself in the eye and say yes I played my part with all honesty but just because you live your life by the book, it isn't going to stop the higher-ups from breaking every rule in the book and that is the real issue, the root of all evil.

...and for arabs to pay their pakistani mullah henchmen to brainwash kids at their controlled madrassahs, who will later blow themselves up in bazaars and kill innocent civilians.
