And isn’t that the purpose of a discussion forum? Why get so defensive? I don’t see nadz making fun of any shaia beliefs and I don’t think there was any hidden sarcasm in her question either then why the need to reiterate how shias are good people and how they’re not causing any harm to anyone else and whatnot? Does posing a question to the shia brethren automatically mean we’re dissing them?

I understand some questions may be of sensitive nature but we have dealt with hundreds of them on GS regarding Islam in general. Unless someone clearly has some malicious agenda, let their questions not irritate us so much.

Look at some of the posts in this thread. No need to name names. Nothing is qrong with Nadz post, but for God’s sake the least the mods can do in this subforum is delete some of the offensive posts. Do I really look like a Zoroastrian to you?

Every year these threads pop up - and the people cannot have a civil discussion without name-calling or accusations.
