or i know people some from GS and some from outside who were in dubai and later moved why is it?

I haven't heard of that, Aisha. It's weird that people would want to move out of Dubai to move to place like Canada, UK, or USA. What do these countries have that Dubai doesn't? I have never been to Dubai so I don't know.

Mostly because too many laws and restrictions here. Expats can't start business without a local person sponsorship.

Because future in Dubai is so unpredictable, You never knw if u have lil argument with a jahil sheikh and you get deported frm Dubai

more opportunities, educational and otherwise.
now a lot of teh change in dubai has been over the last decade or so, but still if u are in dubai and you want better educational opportunities for your kids or for yourself, you may need to move.
but dubai is a nice place, much nicer than it was just a few years ago.

I dunno, i like dubai and I think its a great place but not sure if I can live there. I am just too used to US now, dont tink I can even live in Europe. nice for a visit, not sure about living there.

To acquire a better future that isn't possible in Pakistan.
Of course we moved during the tyrant's rule in the 80's so that's another factor.
