Recently in America some black people are trying to call a halt to the use of the N word, that’s quite an interesting development.

I don’t subscribe to the reclaiming a word theory, because if something was intended to be insulting in the first place I don’t want to be associated with it, AT ALL…

Ban it all you want, the more taboo/illegal it becomes the more thrill racist people will get from using it.

Do you think these people who hate you and want to insult you will have any regard for laws or your feelings?

Do you not know that we Pakis/Muslims are hated that much that even if we so much as breathe too loudly in this country it makes the headlines in papers like Daily Express and everyone starts barking?

If we complained about the word “Paki” they will simply have another stick to beat us with: "look the mean mean Pakiz/Mozlems want to infringe upon our freedom of speech ", in this country a man gets thrown in jail for denying the holocaust because it’s anti-semitic (freedom of speech doesn’t matter here) but being anti-Paki/Muslim is fine, and I’m afraid that’s just the way things are, we’ll have to learn to live with it.
