If you actually feel that being able to talk to your parents about your BF is an indicator of a healthy relationship then I feel sorry for you and in that case I am proud that we Pakistanis dont have an ideal relationship with our parents as per YOUR standards.

**It’s called HONESTY.. and yes, anyone with half a brain would realise that’s one indicator of having a healthy relationship **so instead of bleating on about the bf/gf thing try looking at the bigger picture and what it actually means to be able to tell the truth to your parents.. I feel sorry for you not being able to grasp something as basic as that..
