I mean i've had some bad experiences with some back home desis but that doesn't mean that i'm going to assume that all are like that.

One thing which others raised in india told me was, desis in america don't practice local "culture". Don't know what do they mean by "culture" when many of themselves aren't practicing what they call "culture", back even in india. and what they also told was that desis raised in america don't talk to guys who come from india. But i found the latter part wrong.

an uncle from India always has something bad to say about ADs as if he's seen them all in a horrible way and I don't understand what he bases it on since he's never been around any ADs in India.

I guess it depends on whether we have somebody to stop us or advise us on how to treat or act. I had uncles and aunts visiting from india all the time ever since I was tiny so I guess I had some connection and affection for desis from back home from the beginning.

well i yet have to see a single American born and/or raised desi who is not a show off.
And again, it's just the desi parents, or some recent immigrant from desi-world, that have to put up with such an attitude, otherwise among goras they are such a chicken.
PS: BTW I am not saying that they are completely over the edge, it's just the attitude I am talking about. I really apologize if you don't like this observation of mine.

well people here also dont think any positive for back home people so in the ends everything equals out.
yesterday i was bugging my indian friend that how she dont know the language 
but now the situation is this that she gonna teach me indian punjabi and also how to read it :biggthumb
and i m might also gonna make chinese frnd to teach me cho chow 
otherwise greek is for sure in the list

I don't think there's anything wrong with them. Which that could be because I have met some really nice ones and some ...not of my liking.
