Re: Why do Brides Cry?
Because a girl is about to take the biggest step of her life, move out of her family home where shes spent the last 20 or however many years of her life. Knowing that tomorrow when she wakes up and goes downstairs, mummy and daddy arent gonna be there to greet her, that when shes upset her brother isnt gonna come into her room, pass wind, giggle and then run away to cheer her up, or that when she gets home and has a ridiculously crazy craving for something silly her mums not gonna be there to make it...i could go onnnn and onnn and onnn lol its such a scary thing to go through, and that is when it all begins. I get that some people dont wanna cry but i am going to be drowning in my own tears for sure, even thinking about it now (and im not even engaged) makes me want to cry. When someone even mentions me getting married and leaving, i wanna break down into tears. Depends how close you are to your family and how much you depend on them, and i do a lot. My family are my life, everything ive done, have, achieved is down to them, so knowing youre leaving that life behind? Scares the poop outta me. But inshallah, one prays that every bride that leaves her home, enteres into a life full of even more love, into a family who will give her more than she could ever imagine. Psssht got myself all depressed thinking about this now! haha :)
