Ever heard of a working lunch? I’ve been on working lunches with male colleagues quite a few times, simply because there was no other slot to have a meeting with them.
Also what’s the big fuss about having lunch with someone even if it’s not work-related? I have lunches with colleagues (male and female) because it’s a good opportunity to stay in touch and catch up with each other. Makes for good networking too. Doesn’t mean I’m looking for the first opportunity to get into bed with them!
