We have made this deal between us that he won’t go alone with a co-worker girl on lunch and similarly I won’t go out with a male friend alone for tea/coffee. I just want to keep things even, I made this deal few years ago when he was in fashion industry and often used to go out on lunch with a female co-worker, they were really good friends but people at work got jealous and started talking nonsense so I suggested to him not to go alone with a female again for his own reputation/safety and I would do the same. And when I took a job, a boy who was my senior wanted to teach me snooker so I just resigned from the work.
So I conclude, when you’re married you have to be extra careful with people at work.
