With Pakistan going through a very difficult phase, why are BB and Altaf Bhai silent on the issue of the sacking of CJ?
Would their chances of forming the next government suffer if they spoke up against the General?
I hope not. Only PPP and MQM can save Pakistan.

woh yeh dekh rahaein hain keh yeh oont kis karvat bethay ga. aside from their corruptness and all, they are pretty shrewd ... no need to come out with alll guns blazing against musharraf and then just look bad later.
If I were to bet, they are making backdoor deals with Musharraf right now, not that it was not going on, but now they have more bargaining power as well.
Things are definitely interesting.

Oh Honorable BB Baji should be rushed back to Pakistan to give her asheerbaad to the ailing government of Pakistan....Or Altaf Terrorist should be allowed back in Pakistan to add to the current mayhem...I am certain these would be very Good signs for the prosperity of Pakistan....

Let me talk about MQM having spent 18 years of my life in Karachi and seeing the awaarah gard ghunDa gardi and bhatta system of MQM, I can guarantee that they can only destroy Pakistan. A whole young generation of Karachi was murdered due to them so much so that in late 80’s the average age of Karachi reached to 23… These morons can burn trees on Haidri Road and then give threat to a principal of a polytechinique institue while he was waiting on bus stop to reach home… Allah saved him that the whole group was killed in “bhatta” battle in nearby market and I still have that old person with me to take care…

BB and Fazlurrehman are most likel people to rescue PML Q in next election, BB has a fixed vote bank in Sindh and Fazlu in NWFP.
MQM will be with whoever is in government.

Altaf has benefitted the most from Army rule and has to think twice before supporting judiciary, BB is still hoping for a deal and wait till she is sure that government is losing before she puts her weight behind judiciary
Both will lose big time by disappearing from the scene at this crucial time

Actually MQM is waiting for the incoming situation...if it goes with the General.....they will say ...well the General was right but MQM should be in advice of CJ dismissal...!!!!! and if it goes against the General which has a least probabilty.....then MQM will ship out to say ..........Iqtadar ki girti hui diwaar ko aik dhaka aur...nahi chalay gi nahi chaly gi...lathi goli ki sarkar nahi chalay gi.......
MQM in history remained always a dependent variable on the axis of maslahat-pasandi and makkari !!!!

Imran has become a 'rent a gob' for Pakistani Media. At the moment I can't find a channel on which Imran is not on.

BB, Nawaz Sharif and the likes of Altaf bhai had never shown any respect towards the judiciary at any point in time during their respective governments. So to expect them to make any claims on this front or to take sides for that matter when they have a lot to answer in this regard, doesn't make sense.

SLAMABAD — MQM chief Altaf Hussain yesterday condemned the treatment meted out to Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry and police excesses against lawyers and media.
Talking to a private TV channel, Altaf threatened his group would reconsider its affiliation with the government if the present situation continued. “We will consider taking concrete steps including withdrawal from the government,” he added.
Altaf said holding of protest rallies is a fundamental right. The MQM condemns all actions to prevent political parties or lawyers from staging rallies.
He said the treatment meted out to the chief justice had undermined country’s image.
There is no dispute over President Musharraf’s powers to send a reference against him but subsequent actions against him were unacceptable, he said.
Altaf also strongly deplored police attack on Geo TV’s Islamabad bureau.
