Who gave you so much wisdom? We judge people on surface actions - whether they know kalma ( what does kalma mean?). Who knows what is in each person 's heart.
The link below States only 3 million people I. Pakistan are registered tax payers. Only 1.5 million actually pay taxes. Only 33% of companies pays taxes.
So if we judge people by their actions it loos like at least 50 million Pakistanis are not good Muslims? ( of course similar evasion stats true in India also).
