aur agar saali ki waja se hi tallaq hojaye to??

baqi ye qabar wali baat main nain bhi parhi thee but ye bhi ghalat hay ke marnay ke baad husband and wife na-mahram ho jatay hain..
they remain mahram because the husband remains her kid’s father and to a woman, uske bachho ka baap is mehram for her unless she has not performed a proper nikah with him!!

KKF, I also heard this qabar wali baat, but its not followed in all Fiqhas..
