Nauuzobillah, never KKF Bhai, but seriously, I dont think he should be mehram.
Ok eg: A brother is your mehram, you can shake hand with him, you can touch him, you can hug him and you can kiss him too. But can you do that all with your behnoi?? and if you do it, cant it lead him to think of you as different perspective as shaitaan is always there. There is a possibility he can fall in love with you. While a brother’s heart can never lead to the same direction… DIL nahin maanta!!
