see, according to my knowledge, Na-Mahram are those whom you can get married.. now if your sister is in his nikah or not, but there is a possibility that you can get married to him. Eg; You are not obliged to do pardah with ones who are your mahram, but lets suppose if you do not do pardah infront of your behnoi or devar and if gorforbid they start looking you with someother perspective.. it can lead to fitnah and he can even divorce your sister to get married to you. So, I guess, behnoi is na-mahram. So any relative, with you have any single chance of getting married, is naMehram.
Muqwee Bhai said it all! ek waqt men do bahnoN ko nikaah men ek mard nahiiN laa saktaa…is liye vo maHram hai…agar mankooha bahen mar jaaye to saali naa-maHram ho jaatii hai.
