for sure the next president, if there will be! NS and ZA will not like any sane and sincere President at all, they want some dummy to play with similar to gillani with no power to assert, moral or formal!

Its true that both will like to opt for a dummy..... But we need to see if that dummy will be acceptable by US or not. A person like Aitzaz aint on a good list of US alongwith all others who support the deposed CJ

With the amendments and 58-3b gone, our const. makes the president a titular head, just like India. It doesnt matter if you have Aitezaz Ahsan or Rafiq Tarar. Infact, Aitezaz's talent would be wasted, he can do much better as the law minister. Certainly better than Wasi Zafar, innit?
How about Mr 10% as the President & Mr Nawaz Shareef as the PM?

Once Busharaf goes - he may appeal and win the right to contest elections. Once elected no reasonwhy he would not consider himself for PM position.

First he'd have to knockout the rule which prohibits 3rd PM'ship rule before sitting on PM seat.

Musharraf even now doesnt prevent him from doing so, the rule barring him from going for the third term does. I am sure he knows its a lost cause, and his best bet would be to have choti tind shahbaz up for premiership.

For that they'll need two third majority in National Assembly and Senate if I am not wrong, and that is not going to be an easy ride ;-)

As I said, getting 2/3 majority in both senate and parliament is not going to be an easy ride, so yeah he can try it sure.
