In the English language a pronoun is capitalized for two reasons

Reverence
To make clear who is being referred to

i’ll take your word for it that the above information is correct regarding english rulez

i have stated that 1 of the reasons i do it is for reverence (respect, reverence and honour)
so thats a tick. i take it that the queens english conforms to me

with regards to confusion for the reader, i take it they do not expect the ‘reverence’ to be there. ! thats their problem, since the reverence should be there, is permitted to be there.
