yeah cuz thorugh incompetence, through not sharing timely info, and thru supporting all of the above could be considered responsible. the question should be who planned the attack..
Perhapes you should add to the list: U.S. Foreign Policy. Clearly there are those who believe that this is what was "responsible" for the attacks and what justified them as well.
justification is different than something being a component of the mix. Whether or not you believe the policy was a part of the mix, the guys who planned the attack did.
They also believed that they are mandated by allah to do this. Whether you believe it or not.
exactly, and one has to figure out why they felt that or thought that. Whether it is real or not is one issue and whether it is real or not to the guys who did it is a different issue.
was it their media, was it in their educational syste, whether it was groups brainwashing them..whatever it was..one has to understand how this angle was used. Understanding it is the only way one can do anything to counter it.
My vote is for direct culpability and responsibility for 9/11. Those who planned and carried it out.

I have no doubt in my mind that it was indeed Al Qaida responsible.
The lieutenant who was sitting right next to Osama in many tapes clearly states in his speeches that they were responsible for the attacks and that its only a beginning. If I remember correctly, his words were "the storm of planes will not stop"
Osama on a tape played by Al Jazeera TV says in relation to the high jackers: "I ask God Almighty to elevate their status and grant them Paradise." and then addressing in general says: "When Almighty God rendered successful a convoy of Muslims, the vanguards of Islam, He allowed them to destroy the United States."
I don't need any more proof than the above.

I think Muslims are following apart. Remeber Spain where Muslims ruled for over 700 years, why they were kicked out of that place? No one can defeat Muslims only Muslims can defeat themselves by jealousy and hate. When some people advice our brother Muslims to grab a snipper or a gun instead of a pen or a pencil, I think we are going at wrong path. Wake up and be nice to each other.
As long as 9/11 goes, I believe Al-Qaida and OBL was behind it and if any American is reading my post I just want to say that I am really very very sorry to what had happened. Also another suggestion that U.S.A has very big diversity. I have always tought of U.S.A as a glass, which is clear so please do not with your act make a scratch of hate that can never be replaced.
