Ok u know what’s funny? This thread is right under another thread titled “I am on a diet” which is about how girls are catching onto this “i dont wanna be fat” thing at a younger and younger age, six yrs old dieting, 8 yr olds being called fat etc.. Interesting naaa :rotato:

thanks for ur reply saimanyc… believe it or not, i have got a very toned body.. nice biceps..triceps.. chest is nice and big too… abs looks like steel…( not that im praising myself , but its a fact ) I eat a lot…but my weight is just the same as it was 5 -6 months before… i eat everything… carbs, protein,fat…basically every sort of nutrition…

I admit I have been totally slacking on the exercise but am fine in terms of food intake this week. blush
No weight loss this week. No weight gain either. Allah ka shukar hai! hehe
I think I am just going to keep updating this thread on my progress, because in future if other guppies see this they may want to know what my plan is, and I want every guppie to be healthy, insha'Allah. snooty Feel free to add your progress in this thread or on PM/email. It doesnt have to be my diet you are following in order to post, it can be any.
hehe..I didn't post because I've had a chocolate binge :( I feel really bad.... I've also had 2 dinners pretty late.... :(
However, on the brighter side, I have started walking and I've continued my swimming. Also, I've been eating my lunch and dinner meals with a nice salad and fruit. The dressing is usually some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I have the day off so I'm going to go walking soon. Inshallah.
Oh no, last thing I’d want is ‘lose’ weight. I’ve noticed myself ‘shrinking’ during the past few months. And that long coat, I wear to work looks like it’s ‘hanged’ to some hook (me ) or something. My sister’s MIL said it maybe cz I take strong tea early morning 0600 hours on an empty stomach and dont eat anything with it. She said tea gets rid of ‘oils’ in the body so it must not be taken on an empty stomach after a night’s sleep especially by people like me ( ).
So I have quit doing that. And I think Im gaining weight now Im not sure if my coat looks the same way on me now.
