One of my not so shareef friends who’s in gradschool is in a relationship. Nothing too haram except for some occasional makeout (or so he claims…). Now my frnd recently had a pretty bad tooth ache and went to a dentist to get it looked at it. Since he’s in school and doesnt have insurance, he had to pony up quite a few Gs to the dentist to get rid of his toothache.
So anyways, a few days back, him and his gf were making out. Somehow her tongue must have irritated his recently worked on tooth and now the toothache is back and is even more severe.
The poor guy doesnt have more $ to go to the dentist again. He could charge it to his credit cards or get a loan from friends like me n others. But either way he’d have to pay it back and ultimately the money would come from his pocket. So I suggested to him that the girl should pay since she caused the whole damn mess. But he’s not so sure about it.
What do you guys think? who should pay the dentist?

perhaps he should have restrained from making out while his teeth were still sensitive. but your friend is shareef so the girl must have talked him into making out with her right?
haha..your post make me laugh...anyway why should the girl pay..if he didnt want this than firstly he shouldnt make out..lol tell him that make sure next time to save some money before making out
^^ Not really. As being muslims we know that there is someone always watching us. We also have two guards on our shoulders too all the time for the same reason.
If the said toothache only needed a bit of poking to get it going again...then obviously he should go back to the dentist and demand a refund. After spending quite a few Gs on dental work, he should be able to do virtually anything.
And next time...try to hang out with more intelligent people.
